REGISTRATION FOR MKU ATHLETICS SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
MKU Athletics presents "Speed/Agility Training". Athletes will learn how to improve their running form and efficiency of movement skills with a direct focus on injury prevention. Our coaches will use techniques to increase your speed, agility, and explosiveness. Athletes from all sports, all genders, ages 7 and up will benefit from our training.
